Important Note for Custom Orders

For customized products, please upload any required images or files before adding the product to your cart.

• For COD Orders: If customization files are not uploaded before checkout, the order will be canceled.

• For Online Payments: Orders missing customization files will be refunded within 4 to 7 working days to the original payment method.

• No Returns or Refunds: Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable once processed.
